Ariel Sophia Mascella Wonacott, 30, of Phenix City, AL, passed away on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, in Columbus, GA.
A private Memorial Celebration will be announced at a later date.
Ariel was born on April 23, 1991, in Miami, FL, the daughter of John J. Mascella, Jr., and Susan Lynn Wallace Mascella. While she was taken from us too soon, she has left fond memories that we will cherish in our hearts forever. Thank you for all the good times.
Ariel is preceded in death by her husband, William Eugene Wonacott; mother, Susan Lynn Wallace Mascella; and maternal grandparents, Marvin and Maxine Wallace.
She is survived by her father, John J. Mascella, Jr., Phenix City, AL; three daughters: Ella Arrowood, Irish Arrowood, and Arabella Ortiz, San Antonio, TX; two sons: Killian Arrowood and Stone Ortiz, San Antonio, TX; two sisters: Justine Rollyson (Brock), Clarksburg, WV, and India Mascella, Phenix City, AL, (Fiance Lucas Kinder of Fairmont, WV); a brother, John J. Mascella III (Stephanie), Myrtle Beach, SC; her fiance, Austin Niles, Columbus, GA; paternal grandparents, John and Priscilla Mascella, Chesterland, OH; an aunt, Linda Wallace Shapiro, Miami, FL; as well as several extended family and caring friends.
