Brenda Joyce Remus

Brenda Joyce Remus, age 79, resident of Phenix City, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at St. Francis Hospital, Columbus, Georgia. Private services will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Remus, daughter of the late Roy Slayden and Lillian Norsworthy Slayden, was born October 2, 1944 in Detroit, Michigan. She was a homemaker and a lady that loved spending quality time with her family.
Mrs. Remus is survived by one daughter, Karen A. Salter and her husband Curtis of Havelock, North Carolina; two sons, Robert C. Dean and his wife Christine of Ann Arbor, Michigan and William “Billy” Dean and his wife Sandy of Phenix City, Alabama; three sisters, Della Horn, Nancy Going, and Nellie Lentz; three grandchildren, David Dean and his wife Lexi, Derek Dean and is wife Melanie, and Donny Dean and his wife Hannah; four great-grandchildren, Aydan, John, Jayce, and Reagan; many other relatives and friends.
