Brenda Williams Hunt

Brenda Williams Hunt, 78, of Phenix City, AL died at Piedmont Columbus Midtown, Columbus, GA on Tuesday, October 26, 2021.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM (EST) on Thursday, October 28, 2021 in the Chapel of Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL. Interment will be in Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hunt was born April 10, 1943 in Corpus Christi, TX daughter of the late James Wesley Williams and Sara France McMichael Williams. She had graduated from Central High School and Massey Business College. Mrs. Hunt was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church where she enjoyed worshipping and fellowship. She had retired from H & H Leasing as the Office Manager. Mrs. Hunt was also active in the Beta Sigma Phi Society and the American Business Association where she held several local and state offices. She was also voted Businesswoman of the Year. In her spare time, she and her late husband, Joseph, enjoyed traveling together. They enjoyed numerous adventures with their family and friends. She has left a lasting impact on our community and our lives that will not be soon forgotten.
Mrs. Hunt was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Joseph H. Hunt.
Survivors include her two sisters, Judy Moulton (Jeff), Franklin, TN and Ann Wright, Smiths Station, AL; God-daughter, Jennifer Denney (Wayne); three God-sons, James Moulton, Shannon Hall and Jason “Chip” Hall; two nieces, Pam Shawn (Taylor) and Paula Hambaucher; seven nephews, Christopher Hudson (Diane), Rodney Hudson (Nicole), Kevin Hudson (Tara), Kermit Davis (Abra), Steven Davis (Charlie), Keith Hunt (Jayme) and Kevin Hunt (Katie); numerous great-nieces, great-nephews and friends.
