Charles was born December 12, 1977 in Columbus, GA to Selena Ann “Ashmore” Daniel and Charles E. Foskey.
Survivors other than his parents include his son, Kaleb Daniel Foskey and a brother, James Foskey (Elizabeth) of Columbus, GA.
