Clyde Lee Loupas

Clyde Lee Loupas, 70, of Columbus, GA passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Columbus Hospice House. A graveside service will be held at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, AL on Monday, March 4, 2024 beginning at 1:30 pm. Final arrangements are being handled by Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Columbus.

 Clyde was born on September 15, 1953 in South Gate, CA to the late Gust Loupas and Carmen Romo Loupas. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and afterwards worked at Ft. Benning as an Information Technologist. Clyde will be remembered for his ability to tell stories, especially those of his time in the service. 

 Other than his parents, Clyde is preceded in death by his loving and devoted wife Wanida Sae Lee Loupas.

 Survivors include his son Matthew Loupas of Atlanta, GA, daughter Kim Loupas of Tsukuba-shi, Ibaraki-Ken Japan, and brother Michael Loupas.
