Darlene Ingram

Mrs. Darlene Ingram, 68, of Phenix City, AL passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at her home.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm EST on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at Vance Brooks Funeral Home in Phenix City, AL with Rev. Frank Gussett officiating. A private interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm EST, one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Ingram was born September 17, 1957 in Donalsonville, GA, daughter of the late W. D. Clenney and Mary Givens Clenney. She worked for many years in the Nursing Home industry for many years, where she retired as a Supervisor in Housekeeping. Mrs. Ingram enjoyed being outside walking and working with her flowers. However in the past few years she could not get out due to her health. She did cherish the time she got to spend with her family and friends. Mrs. Ingram was a faithful member of Pierce Road Assembly of God Church.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Clinton McCall and Keith McCall; a sister, Doris Watson and a brother, Michael Clenney.

Mrs. Ingram is survived by loving husband, Ted A. Ingram; two sons, John McCall and wife Laura and Daniel Taylor and wife Tammy; a sister, Rose McCall and husband Ricky; brothers, Jimmy Clenney (Sue), Wayne Clenney (Brenda), Lynn Ezell (Roger) and Glenn Clenney (Jackie); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Columbus Hospice, 7020 Moon Road, Columbus, GA 31909.
