Hobert D. Isabell

Hobert D. Isabell, 73, of Phenix City, Alabama, passed away Monday, May 17, 2016, at the Midtown Medical Center in Columbus, GA.

A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm Friday, May 20, 2016, at Vance Memorial Chapel with Rev. Greg Cotter and Rev. Mark Barber officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 to 2:00 pm, one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.

Mr. Isabell was born November 6, 1942 in Leeds, AL son of the late Robert Isabell and Annie Jones Isabell.  He retired after many years of service from the Atmos Energy Company.  After retiring, he also worked for Tia Construction on Ft. Benning.  Mr. Isabell is a member of Seale Road Baptist Church.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant child, Robert Donald Isabell; two brothers and three sisters.

Mr. Isabell is survived by his loving wife Jean Isabell of Phenix City, AL; several nieces, nephews and other family members, as well as many caring friends.
