Janice Denise Monk

Janice Denise Milner Monk, 61, of Phenix City, AL died on Friday, July 22, 2022 while at Piedmont, Midtown, Columbus, GA.

A Service of Remembrance will be held at 1:00 PM (EST) on Monday, December 05, 2022 at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery for Janice and her late husband Shelby according to Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL.

Mrs. Monk was born July 12, 1961 in Martin Army Hospital, Ft. Benning, GA daughter of the late Jimmie D. Milner and Anna Odessa Savage Milner. She enjoyed working at the East Alabama Motor Speedway where she was loved by everyone. We will miss her and the smile she brought to our faces when she was around us. Rest in peace Janice.

Mrs. Monk was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmie and Anna Milner, her husband, Shelby Monk, and sister-in-law, Shelia Milner.

Survivors include her brother, Larry Milner, Phenix City, AL and numerous friends.
