Joann M. Neldon, age 56, of Phenix City, Alabama, passed away Monday, December 29, 2014, at her home.
A funeral service will be held 11:00am Saturday, January 3, 2014 at Vance Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday night from 6 until 8 at Vance Memorial Chapel.
Mrs. Neldon was born in Baltimore, MD on December 1, 1958, to Donald Frederick Harper, Sr. and Elizabeth Liberto. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Joann is survived by her husband, Tony Neldon of Phenix City; daughter, Amanda Davidson and husband Mark of Opelika, AL; stepsons, Michael Mesiarik of NY, Stephen Mesiarik of TN and Paden Neldon of Phenix City, AL; brothers, Donnie Harper of Seale, AL and Greg Liberto of VA; grandchildren, Trey and Alyssa.
