Kenneth Bullard, 82, of Columbus, GA passed away on Friday, March 10, 2023 at the Columbus Hospice House in Columbus, GA. A memorial service will be held at Vance Brooks Funeral Home, 4048 Macon Road, Columbus, GA on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, beginning at 4:00 pm with Pastor Jerry Speer officiating.

Kenneth was born on December 22nd to the late James and Dorothy Bullard. He retired as a 50-year member of the Plumbers and Steamfitters United Association Union, Local 52, as a Building Trade Journeyman Pipefitter. Kenneth was a member of Gentian Baptist Church in Columbus, GA. In his free time, he loved to play golf with his buddies, watch Gunsmoke reruns and talk and laugh with his friends. He also adored his dog, Zeke. Kenneth was a very hard-working man and was always happy to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He will always be remembered by his legacy of being an incredible father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, friend, and neighbor.

Other than his parents, Kenneth was also preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Bullard Jr.; brother, Lawrence Wayne Bullard; and sister, Joyce Hamilton.

Survivors include his daughter Tammy Hughley of Columbus, GA; sisters, Gwen Shirling of Riverview, AL, and Sharon Robertson of Columbus, GA; grandchildren, Halle Smith and Raymond J. Hughley (Tammy); and five great-grandchildren.
