Lola Ming Eyles

Lola Ming Eyles, 87, of Phenix City, AL died Thursday, July 9, 2015. A graduate of Campbellton (Florida) High School, Mrs. Eyles was employed by Muscogee Manufacturing until becoming a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. She has been an active member of Trinity United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm, Saturday, July 11, at Vance Memorial Chapel, 3738 Highway 431N, Phenix City, AL. Funeral services will begin at 3:00 pm, Sunday, July 12, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 1600 5th Ave., Phenix City, AL. Lakeview Memory Gardens has scheduled the graveside service and internment for 11:00 am Monday, July 13. Mrs. Eyles was preceded in death by her parents, Viola Thweatt Ming and H. W. Ming, and brother Ray Ming. Survivors include her husband Don Eyles, children: Alan (Katie), Joe (Vicki), Gena Eyles Pappas (Chris), Eileen Eyles Lynch (Ray); sister, Ola Ming Van Dusen; sister-in-law, Peggy Register Ming; grandchildren: Jonathan Eyles (Heather), Whit Hard, Zachary Eyles, Cameron Hard, Nicholas Eyles, Travis Lynch, Haley Hard, Patrick Lynch, Andy Eyles, and three great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Lola may be sent to Trinity United Methodist Church, 1600 5th Ave., Phenix City, AL .
