Mr. Tilley was born August 13, 1947 in Pineville, WV son of the late Ted Tilley and Oma Avonell Spence Tilley Stewart. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church where he worshiped with family and friends.  Mr. Tilley was a busy man who loved to be outdoors hunting and fishing. In fact, he loved fishing so much, he raised fish at one time. Other hobbies included reading all types of books to include history and Sci-Fi and playing video games with his grandchildren. Because of his love of the outdoors, we will often smile as we enjoy a beautiful fall day or warm spring morning as we remember him and his smile.

Mr. Tilley was preceded in death by his parents, Ted and Oma Tilley and a sister, Janice Milam.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Lucinda J.
