Maria Cecilia Aguilar Perez, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, was born on November 16, 1964, in Chis, Mexico. She tragically passed away on December 8, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter that will forever be cherished by all who knew her.

Cecilia was known for her unwavering dedication and hard work, spending years as a laborer for Wayne's Farm in Union Springs, Alabama. A devoted mother, Cecilia took immense pride in her family, which was her proudest accomplishment. She is survived by her sons, Jose Aguilar Perez, Moises Arguello Aguilar (Gabriela), Raul Alfredo Arguello Aguilar (Gloria), Brian Solis Aguilar, and Alexander Aguilar (Mariana). Her love extended to her grandchildren: Jose, Eduardo, Ashley, Iker, Gael, and Alexander Jr., with whom she cherished every moment. Maria had a remarkable gift for cooking, and her delicious meals, particularly her beloved Chiles de Relleno and of course her famous frijoles charros, were a testament to her love for her family, filling their lives with warmth and comfort.

Cecilia's passions extended beyond her family; she had a deep love for animals, often caring for various pets throughout her life, including a small flock of ducks and chickens that brought her so much joy, and of course her fur baby Molly Aguilar, a gorgeous Maltese dog. She held a special affection for dolphins and cherished her time spent at the beach, reveling in the serenity it provided. Every week, Cecilia looked forward to her trips to the flea market, where she would delight in exploring new treasures. Her love for flowers brightened her home, reflecting the vibrant spirit she carried.

Cecilia is preceded in death by her parents, Enrique Aguilar Diaz and Nicolasa Perez Aguilar.

Though she has departed from this world, her spirit will continue to live on through the countless memories she created with her family and friends. The world feels a little dimmer without Maria Cecilia Aguilar Perez, a shining light whose kindness, humor, and love have left an indelible mark on the hearts of many. She will be forever missed but never forgotten.
