Mary Alice Austin Allen-Trombley, 80, of Smiths Station, AL died peacefully on Friday, June 13, 2025, while at Bethany House in Auburn, AL.
A Service of Remembrance will be held 11:00 AM (EST) on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at Pierce Chapel Assembly of God with Rev. Boyd Cochran officiating according to Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL. A private interment will follow in Lakeview Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Trombley was born November 25, 1944, in Columbus, GA daughter of the late Thomas Jefferson Austin and Eva Mancil Austin Coley. She was a homemaker and a member of Pierce Chapel Assembly of God where she enjoyed worshiping and singing.
We will remember her as a loving and caring wife, mother and especially grandmother.
Mrs. Trombley was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Jefferson Austin and Eva Coley; her husband of 52 years, Kenneth Randolph Allen.
Survivors include her spouse, Alan Trombley, Smiths Station, AL; daughter, Eve Allen Black (Peter) and a son, Dale Allen (Lisa) all of Smiths Station, AL; four grandchildren, Kristen Kendal Cook (Jason R.), Mary Snethen (Brandon), Kenny Cook (Nikki) and A.J. Allen (Ally); 12 great-grandchildren, Brianna, Claire, Aiden, Wyatt, Connor, Kennan, Everett, Ellie, Lane, Jaxon, Liam and Elias; one great-greatgrandchild, Evelyn Rey; several other family members and friends.
