Mickey F. Jones

Mickey F. Jones, 75, of Fortson, GA passed away on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at St. Francis Hospital. The family will receive friends Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Vance Brooks Funeral Home, 4048 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Mickey was born on June 17, 1946 in Orange, TX to the late Green and Addie Sandlin. She was a homemaker.

Other than her parents, Mickey is preceded in death by her husband, CPT (Ret) Joseph Jones and brother, Green Sandlin, Jr.

Survivors include her sons, Joseph Audia of AL, Michael “Charlie” Audia (Peggy) of Cataula, GA and Christopher Wills of Fortson, GA; sister, Kitty Rupert of Sundance, WY; brothers, John Sandlin (Stacey) of Columbus, GA and James Sandlin (Debra) of Seale, AL; sister-in-law, Sadie Sandlin of Columbus, GA; grandchildren, Christian Rabon, Nicholas Audia, Haylea Hobbs, Alana Audia; great-grandchildren, Brice Griggs and Carley Rabon.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Columbus Hospice or a favorite charity.
