Nancy Charlene Strickland Rieder

Nancy Charlene Strickland Rieder, 67, of Phenix City, AL died at her home on Tuesday, September 09, 2025.

A private Service of Remembrance will be held at a later date according to Vance Brooks Funeral Home, Phenix City, AL.

Mrs. Rieder was born April 14, 1958, in Phenix City, AL daughter of Leonard Aaron Strickland and Sally Ensley Strickland.

We will rejoice in the good times and take comfort in the fact that she now has eternal peace. She loved her family well and lit up when her grandchildren entered the room. There were laughs, tears and everything in between for which we are grateful. You are forever loved and missed.

Mrs. Rieder was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas “Fritz” Rieder; two brothers, Michael Strickland and Kenneth Strickland; a daughter, Maranda Spears.

Survivors include her parents, Leonard and Sally Stirckland, Phenix City, AL; daughter, Tiffany Ramming (Lucas), Pinson, AL and Samuel Spears, Atlanta, GA; four grandchildren, Jansen Morgan (Sierra Hocking), Kade Morgan, Conner Spears and Alaia Ramming; two great-grandchildren, Palmer and Logan; nieces, nephews and friends.
