Mrs. Nichole B. “Nikki” Bezio

Nichole “Nikki” Bezio, 54, of Phenix City, AL, passed away on October 9, 2023. She was born on March 21, 1969, in Reading, PA, to Julie Seymour and Frederick Burke. Nikki was known to her loved ones as a dedicated and caring individual, always putting the needs of others before her own. She cherished her family and friends, and her world revolved around them, her animals and the outdoors.

Nikki had a passion for crafting and spent countless hours creating beautiful pieces. She also enjoyed spending time in her gardens, tending to the plants and flowers. Traveling was another one of her favorite pastimes, especially when it meant visiting her beloved grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Bezio, her parents, Julie and Franklin Crawford II, her children and grandchildren, Sierra (Nathan) Kulp and Juliana Burke and Zachary (Candace Collins) Wheeler and Riley and Colby, and her stepson Bradley (Amanda) Rabion and Brad and Bralee. She is also survived by her sisters Agneta (Charles) Frost, Kristen (Mike) Ritter, Sarah Crawford, Karalyn (Dave) Stutz, and Karen Sehn, as well as her brothers Jody Burke and Franklin (Jaime) Crawford III, and several aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as countless friends that she considered her family. She will also be forever remembered by her bonus children Jason (Niki) Wheeler, Benjamin Wheeler, Samantha (Daryl) Hadden, and Shelby (Michael) Rowe and their families.

Nikki was preceded in death by her brother Casey Frederick Burke, her father Frederick Burke, and her bonus son Justin Russell.

A celebration of Nikki’s life will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at the Williamstown American Legion Post 1128 in Williamstown, New York.
