Rickey D. Blair

Rickey D. Blair, 74, of Columbus, GA passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at River Towne Center in Columbus. Funeral services will be held at Vance Brooks Funeral Home, 4048 Macon Road, Columbus, GA on Friday, August 19, 2022 beginning at 2:00 PM with Rev. Jack Wallace officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM, one hour prior to the service.

Rickey was born on June 4, 1948 in Raleigh, NC to Kenneth D. Blair and Earline Blair (Griffin). He attended Altman Memorial Baptist Church.

Other than his parents, Rickey is preceded in death by his brothers James Blair and Anthony Blair.

Survivors include his sister Patricia Litrell of Columbus, GA; uncle Tice Griffin; cousins Ronnie Griffin, Caron McNeil, and Cathy Nail; sister-in-law Kathy Blair; and numerous nieces and nephews.
