Wesley Farrell Sumner, 56, of Columbus, GA passed away Thursday, December 15, 2015 in Columbus, GA.
Wesley was born March 2, 1960 in Phenix City, AL to the late Victor Farrell Sumner and Dorothy Jean Chadwick Sumner. He was employed with PCI at Pratt Whitney in Columbus, GA. He enjoyed handcrafting knives and was a huge Alabama Crimson Tide fan.
He is survived by his wife, Cathy Jean Crews Sumner of Phenix City, AL, one daughter, Stacey Sumner of Phenix City, AL, sister, Debra K. Leo of Phenix City, AL, and mother-in-law, Norma Crews of Phenix City, AL.
A private memorial service will be held by his family at a later date.
