William C. Van Noy

William C. Van Noy, 57, of Columbus, GA passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017 at his residence in Columbus, GA.  Memorial service is to be determined.  Vance-Brooks Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

William C. Van Noy was born April 22, 1959 in Wichita Falls, TX to Irma Marie Zimmerman Van Noy and the late William Talbot Van Noy.  

Survivors include his mother, Ms. Irma Marie Van Noy; a daughter Erika Tiffany Stevens (Aaron) of Columbus, GA; sisters:  Wilma Waltrup (Carl) of Baltimore, MD and Doris Carignan (Jim) of Helen, Ga; one brother:  Fred Van Noy (Debi) of Columbus, GA; and two grandchildren:  Shelby Stevens and Jevin Stevens of Columbus, GA .
