Most importantly, Bill was a man of God, and he served his church Golden Acres Baptist faithfully.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Tolbert was preceded in death by his sister Carolyn Sue Burgamy; granddaughter Jennifer Bryant and a great grandson Cason Bryant.
