Mrs. Brenda Wells Orr, 70, of N. Chesterfield, Virginia, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 19, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 27, 1951 in Seale, Alabama to Mark and Katie Wells (both deceased). She is survived by her husband of 46 years, David Randall Orr.
